The maintenance department is responsible for maintaining assets to increase their asset lifecycle and optimize asset lifetime costs. The department is responsible for: Preparing job plans, execute job plans by technician, and execute financial closeout.
Description of assignment
The implementation of a new Maintenance work process (MEMS 06.04) and a new CMMR system (SAP) resulted in an lack of system knowledge to deal effectively with repair orders.
Creating an efficient workflow and SAP manual to deal with repair, will help to improve te lead time between repair.
