As a Designate Manager you'll spend three months at one of our key Stores learning what it takes. At this 'centre for excellence' we'll show you how to promote the finest jewellery, deliver outstanding customer care, enhance a team and get the best out of some of the most committed individuals in retailing. It's a great opportunity to get a foothold in this exciting business and work your way up to the possibility of managing a store of your own.
Coming from a similar retailing background, we're after all the qualities found in our Managers - tenacity, passion, an eye for detail, outstanding customer care and real team building skills. If you share these qualities - you're a manager or a supervisor, working in retail and looking for the next step for your energy and drive - a Signet Designate Manager is where you should be aiming.

An Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager to plan and organise activities within the store to make the best use of available resources and deputises for them, where necessary. Don't worry, we're not looking for jewellers - comprehensive training on our products will be provided. We're after talented people with exceptional customer service and strong retail skills, combined with a desire to succeed.
